Street photography is all about expectations. You don’t just have to be good at spotting beautiful moments, but know that they will happen. Try to spend as much time as possible understanding how people interact and move. Pay attention to walking patterns, traffic and things around you. What might happen if, for example, someone saw some strange light, or how people would react to some noise. You can’t control what people do, but you can learn to predict better. And that will help you a lot as a director of candid scenes.
