The premises of the old mill, scented with nostalgia, give this place a unique atmosphere. Respect for things, perhaps long forgotten by others, can really move a person. You’ll realize how fast time flies and how important it is to focus on what really matters.
The mill complex near Větrný Jeníkov dates back to the 19th century and consists of a mill, barn and pigsties. The mill is a two-storey building with a lower floor made of quarry stone and a timbered upper floor. The year 1887 is engraved at the engine room and the year 1890 at the entrance to the barn. Inside the mill building there was a hall, a room and a machine room with preserved machinery, the floor above was the mill area and the attic was a granary for storing grain.
Today the mill is used for housing, the owner is the artistic blacksmith Leopold Habermann.
